Gary is an entrepreneur by nature. Over the past 30 years he has set up and managed a number of businesses including engineering, IT and unified communications.
Gary has experience in building and managing finance, sales and administrative teams and has a broad knowledge of implementing cloud based software solutions.
Phil is an experienced entrepreneur with specific interests in strategy, design, innovation & technology. He has extensive expertise in medical/healthcare market, business development, b2b marketing and IP management.
Adrian is a qualified accountant and experienced business manager who has held senior management roles in a number of SMEs’ predominantly in the manufacturing and unified communications sectors.
He has led businesses through system changes, site closures, office relocations, refinancings, cost reduction programs and management buy-outs both nationally and internationally.
Justin currently serves as a non-executive director of Edixomed Limited and Sandows (London) Limited, and is a partner of Elixir Ventures, a health-care focused venture capital firm he co-founded in 2016. He has a portfolio of investee companies he also advises.
Previously, Justin spent 25 years in healthcare, where he co-founded and developed a number of international medical device companies, each with global research, development, manufacturing and sales organisations; in market leading positions; and each sold to corporate trade buyers in successful exits.
Clive has an engineering and manufacturing background that has been the basis for several successful business start-ups in the technology and healthcare sectors.
Clive has spent the past 20 years working to support and deliver the successful commercialisation of many cutting edge medical innovations.
Andrew established Westbrook Advisers in 2016 as an independent legal consultancy that offers growing companies general counsel services with a focus on solving their business and corporate issues. He has over 20 years experience in the investment industry as general counsel working in private equity and as a lawyer in private practice.
Before founding Westbrook Advisers, Andrew was COO and General Counsel at LDC for 9 years. Prior to that he acted as in-house lawyer at Doughty Hanson for 7 years. Andrew is a qualified solicitor having trained at Wedlake Bell followed by 4 years in the corporate team at Travers Smith, the leading City law firm.
